Breakfast Nook

Never underestimate how useful and adorable your breakfast nook can be. My kitchen (and overall apartment) has just enough space for a little nook with 2 chairs and table, and although I don't eat at it a ton, I find that I use it daily for an assortment of things. And I definitely want it to look as good as the rest of my apartment!

Favorite Food Things

I realized I do not talk about food very often on here, but thought I would share a few of my favorite foodie things with you all! Be warned, I have the taste of a toddler, and it shows below!

Spaghetti with meat sauce- a frequent and beloved meal

Sprinkle's red velvet cupcakes. Scarily delicious.

English Breakfast Tea- for the morning!

Apartment Design: Male Edition

I have always found it easy to post about topics that I have some first hand knowledge of, and typically that is exactly what I do. However, I am now posting about something I do not know a lot about: decorating for a male. Today that has changed for both you and I, and I think I have found a number of looks that cover all the bases. First of all, I do not think a room has to be distinctly masculine, nor am I even positive what that look like. I think that a pretty neutral palette with a few color splashes of color, can be stylish, functional, and suite even the most traditionally masculine man out there. Let me know what you think!

Wall Decor

I am about to let you guys know something very pathetic about me: About two weeks ago I realized for the first time that I am capable of hanging things on my own walls instead of having my father do it. Yes, I know how sad that is. However, with my new found freedom, I am lusting after beautiful wall decor that I am totally convinced I can have one day!
