I have lived in a studio apartment for almost 2 years now, and have truly loved it. I got lucky, I must admit. I have a beautiful view, and the details in the apartment are gorgeous. I recently went looking around to see what else was out there in the city and for what cost, but in all honesty, nothing was as charming as my little studio.
