Off to the beach!

I am off to Lewes Beach this weekend with some very dear friends from boarding school! It has been YEARS since we have all been together, and I cannot wait until we are reunited once again :)

I adore Gwyneth Paltrow and her website Goop, and have been lusting after many of the items sold on it. I am trying to learn how to cook, and slowly but surely, I have made a few edible items! One of my favorites without a doubt is Goop's Best Eggplant Parmesan! 

It toom about an hour in total to make, and the leftovers might have even been better than the first serving... this is definitely one to try and keep around for rainy days!

May Day

When I was a little girl we always had May Day celebrations at my elementary school, and I love it! We had a May pole and everything, and we would dance around it.

Time for an grown up version, perhaps?

Cozy Snow Day

Well, while technically this snow storm was a total bust for us here in Baltimore, it was still a nice cozy day inside filled with...

Warm cups of coffee and blankets

and curling up in a comfy chair and my laptop :)
